An awesome idea

Hello Everyone!!!

I had just brainstormed this amazing idea for a cake. For an ECC class, I needed to create a recipe and write about it. I wanted to make a cake that gave you the taste of a chocolate covered strawberry. My first idea was a chocolate cake with strawberry pudding. I figured that that would turn out nasty. I then thought that it was time to go back to the drawing board until the next morning.

I thought to make a strawberry cake with chocolate chips and a chocolate sauce drizzle. I went to the grocery store later and bought the ingredients and baked the cake. It actually worked!!! I can't wait to bring it to ECC in a few weeks!!!
