My Thursday

Finally!!! I am caught up on my work!!! Sletp in till 10:30a.m. and then got straight to school. Did lots of ECC homework. At 4:00 I met a friend at the softball field to practice. Threw 100+ pitches. Went to Bri's basketball practice and watched for a while. Then, I went home and worked on the rest of my homework.

My Wednesday

It was ctotally white outside!!! I only thought that it was snow, it was icwe. Bri and I skate in the backyard and enjoy this awesome occasion. B's friend came over today. As they played, I played Wii and went on the computer. Bri got a funny call that she won another popcorn party at the skating rink!!! That was so funny being that she already had won one. Also found out that I am trying out for the Force this Saturday. I am just gonna stay calm and do my best.

My Tuesday

Had to make the upsetting call that the party was cancelled. Hopefully I can reschedule it. Called Emma to ask her about the Amazing Jakes thing on Friday for her Girl Scout Troop. I am so excited for that. I am also excited for ECC on Friday!!! I am doing a research report for Einstein's Lab about Archimedes. Bri's friend Kayla is coming over Wednesday so I have to clean the house:(.

My Monday

It was too cold outside!!! Been biting my fingernails about my skating hangout at the roller rink because there's a chance for icy roads on the highways. Ran some errands at the grocery store then got straight to homework. Sadly, when I watched the news at night, they said that there was a giant chance for icy roads in the afternoon :(. That meant we had to cancell the party. Went to bed mad :(.

My Sunday

Had a great day Sunday. Went to Church in the morning. Then I went to try out for the Sting. Did pretty well. I was divign for almost every ball that was hit to me. I pretty much grass stained my pants for good. Had a fun time. Then I went home and ate a lot after being sick for a week :). Played Wii and relaxed for the rest of the day.

My Saturday

Saturday was an exciting day. Slept in for a while. Found out that I wasn't going to my tryout after all so I rested even more. Bri then went to one of her friends parties and I got ready to play a basketball game. The game was an exciting one. We only lost by one point:(!!! Still had a fun time. Then we went to Bri's game. They lost too. We then went to a restaurant for my dad's birthday. Sadly, I was feeling sick again so I only ate a little bit. We then went home to rest.

So sorry that I haven't sent anything for a while, I've been really busy. I'll start off talking about last Friday. Felt a little uneasy ECC morning but was able to feel better later in the day. Awesome day at ECC. Started off in Whose Line where I had an awesome time playing this one game where I was making the guys in the class do embarrassing things (such as putting on make-up). My friends and I thought that was awesome. Second hour I practiced writing my classificatory essay. Third hour, We did a water volume experiment with beakers and water. Then I ate at the Fusion lunch with M&M, horselover, Emily, Kristen, Katie and a bunch of other friends. Fourth hour, I learned how to make a web page and fifth hour, I reviewed my work in the Hobbit and won alot of candy!!! Then I cleaned afterwards. Then, it was time for me to go to basketball practice to prepare for the game tomorrow.

My last vacation

I thought maybe you would like to know a little more about what I like. i have a sports idol that I've looked up to since I was 8 years old. Her name is Cat Osterman. She is the greatest softball pitcher for the U.S. Olympic Team. Last year, for a vacation, we went to see the Olympic team play in Oklahoma City, OK. That was almost like a dream come true. I watched Cat throw in the first game and that totally was so cool. The best part was when I finally got to meet her at the autograph session!!! And, then I got a picture of her and me!!! On the last day, was when everything spun in a circle. My sister and I stood on the bleachers and gave all the girls high-fives!!! that was an awesome vacation. Hey Everybody!!! I'm Emily. I'm a Christian girl that is homeschooled. I love my friends and family. Homeschooling is so cool!!! I go to an awesome homeschool group called ECC where I can make friends and learn about God. I love playing sports. Especially softball. I've played softball since I was 5 years old. I am a left-handed pitcher that is currently looking for a new team. I love to read and write. I also like to memorize Bible verses. My favorite verse is John 3:16 in Spanish. I love to hang out with my pals. My hobbies are softball, basketball, reading, writing, movie watching and hanging out with my friends.

Sorry to get back so late. Been sick since Tuesday. Started that throwing up thing that totally knocks you out for a day or so. I honestly think that they were the pickles that I had on a sandwich. I feel a little better now. I've been basically been laying in a couch, watching TV and occasionally doing ECC homework.

My Friend Deborah

Now I'm gonna tell you about my friend Deborah. We have been friends since I was 7 or 8. We met at ECC a long time ago. She goes to ECC with me too! We always eat together at ECC. We enjoy making crafts and acting out funny things. She has younger sisters. We like making mini movies with stuffed animals.

An awesome day

Monday was an awesome day. Started the day like normal. I woke up early, ate breakfast, and got straight to school. School was mainly studying adjectives and doing vocabulary today. Then we got an email from one of the ECC board members saying that the Jr. High Fusion was hosting a free movie night at the Dollar Theater. I was so excited :)!!! First thing Bri did was ask mom to call her friend Emily to go with her. She did call so that meant that Emily had to be over here at 6:00. Around 5:00 or so, Clara called me asking me if she could ride with me. I called her back to tell her that I could pick her up. We now had a full car of friends. We went to the theater to see Madagascar 2. I sat with Clara and Kati. I found the movie very amusing. We then left the theater and dropped Clara and Emily off at their houses.

My Friend Emily

Now, I'm gonna tell you about my friend Emily. We have been best friends since I was 5 or 6. We met at an art/cooking class at a rec. center. We also go to ECC together. We both email each other Wii game reviews. She's in three ECC classes with me. We love to be artistic, yet goofy together. We both used to go to a group called Awana together. We both have younger sisters too. Our nickname is M&M (Em&Em). We've gone by that for a while.

My Friend Emma

I have an awesome group of friends. They are all homeschooled just like me. First, I'd like to tell you about my friend Emma. We have been best friends since we were three. We first met in ballet class (go figure). We love to act goofy together. We make mini movies and play Wii (I'll talk about that later). We both love to watch movies and act out music videos. Our favorite video is "Grandma Got Ran Over By a Reindeer" where I play as a loopy Santa and she plays as a Grandma. (This is totally a comedy). We also have a series about a penguin named Penguinman that goes on many goofy adventures.

My Sunday

Went to my old team's tryouts today. I was so sore from yesterdays tryouts. I haven't seen my teammates since last year. Only a couple of new girls showed. During practice, we were timed to run to 1st base. I actually got the fastest time of 3.2 sec. :)!!! That was so cool. After practice, we stayed and pitched. That coach for the team that I tried out for called me again since we weren't able to call him last night.

You would not believe what happened last night. Remember how I told you that the coach was gonna call me in three weeks to tell me if I made the team. Guess What?!?! They called me last night to tell me that I made the team!!! I finally found an option for who I can play for this year.

My softball tryout Saturday

Hey Everyone!!! I went to a softball tryout yesterday. Had an awesome time. We drove out a ways to it. Met some very nice coaches and actually recognized a few familiar faces. The coaches really helped me with my throwing form. As I was leaving, they told me that they would call me in three weeks or so to tell me if I made it.
